Will it ever end?

I've dragged myself to work for the past few days & felt absolutely cr*p. I've now got a chest infection to keep the virus company. I went back to the doctors this afternoon & have been signed off work for a week & am on strong pain killers with anti-biotics.

Needless to say nothing is happening on the knitting front & you'll have to wait a bit longer for the photos as DH is on swimming duty as I'm not up to taxing DD back & forth to the pool.

I just want to be well again & enjoy life. I'm rarely ill & normally happily bounce through life. Now everything is hurting & I'm fed up

Oooh dear. You're not having a good time are you? Eat lots of superfoods, drink lots of water, and accept all these good wishes that are being sent your way. Get well soon!

Maybe...a small, fairly portable knitter's loom would help?

Thanks everyone for the Get Well messages. I've just had enough of feeling rough & want to get back to normal.

Sharon - I've just had to google Jeremy Kyle as I NEVER watch day time tv. I'm normally at work. In fact I'm not a TV person at all.

Hiding Pup - I'm sure a loom would help....

Oh no, poor you. Be good, get better soon, and take it easy - don't rush back into doing too much. Perhaps just gentle fondling of yarn, rather than actual knitting!

Sorry to hear that you are getting worse, not better! Hope you feel better soon and don't try to rush it. You obviously need a rest.

That's not fair when it hits again and you can't even knit. Hope you're on the mend soon.
