We went on the market yesterday at 9 a.m. & 13 minutes later had our first request for a viewing. A couple saw the house last night & put in an offer today!!! However they haven't sold their house yet so it's been acknowledged but not accepted. The photos and floor plan are happening on Friday & the board went up outside today. I'm hoping for a quick sale to either a cash buyer or someone who has already sold their house so we can move quickly.

Great news on the house, hope you get a cash buyer soon. Cant believe there are 57 people with the same name as me in the US, but there are none with my maiden name. Hmmm, shall have to have words with DH!
Yay- hope they find a buyer so it can go ahead quickly, or someone else comes forward with an offer.
I tried it, and there are 0 people in the US with my name--so I guess I don't exist! It didn't find my last name, either, and I know there are quite a few of us! So I'm not sure what they check,but I don't believe in them any more. That'll teach them!
